After months of online meetings, the time had finally come again – BEX was able to present itself as a silver sponsor at the Asseco Vision Days in Mainz, the customer event of our long-standing premium partner, Asseco Solutions AG, on November 23 and 24 of this year.
BEX board member Roland Thürmer and partner manager Jörg Jahnke had many interesting conversations and made new contacts at the BEX info booth. Together with the colleagues from Asseco, the profound integration of the BEX products for foreign trade AES3, SANSCREEN and GENESYS in AP+, the ERP system of Asseco, which is oriented towards medium-sized companies, was also presented. Although not as many customers and partners as originally expected were on site due to corona, there was a lot of interest.
The central topic of the Vision Days was the use of AI (artificial intelligence), how this technology is already integrated in AP+ and how further functional areas can be supported in the future. The presentation “How AI and Blockchain are changing the world of foreign trade”, which was presented by Jörg Jahnke and Mirco Thalheimer (Asseco), was a perfect match and aroused great interest among many listeners.
Another main topic was related to UX (User Experience) and the associated simplification of processes, which should make it as easy as possible for users to operate AP+ – a topic that also has a high priority at BEX.
In conclusion, the Vision Days were an all-around successful event that once again strengthened and underscored BEX’s partnership relationship with Asseco Solutions AG.
