Originally, it was supposed to be a Christmas party – but due to the flu epidemic in December 2022, this could not take place. But the BEX employees didn’t want to simply skip a party for the employees. That’s why they decided to make up for the “missed” party in the form of an annual kick-off party.
For the first time in several years, the festivities were held under the motto “Family & Friends”, where every employee could invite their partner, children, parents and other relatives and celebrate with them.
The welcome in the lovingly decorated rooms was therefore also dedicated to relatives. BEX itself and its products were briefly introduced – it was also interesting for the relatives to hear what is done at BEX throughout the day. There was also the opportunity to visit the BEX offices and workplaces.
The management was particularly keen to thank the relatives. Due to conversion work to AES 3.0, there have been one or two evenings in recent weeks and months when the end of the working day was a little later than usual.
The rest of the evening was all about having a good time. A caterer provided delicious food to ensure that there was nothing lacking in culinary terms and DJ Klaus did his best to entice the mixed audience onto the dance floor with music from every genre.
Looking back, it was a very nice party for everyone, where both relatives and employees were able to relax and unwind. It was also great to feel how everyone helped with the preparation, set-up and dismantling of the party and worked together as Team BEX.
