On October 23, 2019 the “AIM for students” took place for the 25th time at the University of Applied Sciences Aalen, in which we participated for the second time.

At this recruiting fair, students can get to know the employers in the region, talk to representatives of the industry and find out about internships or job offers. This year 160 companies were represented with their stands at AIM.

AIM was ceremonially opened by the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schneider, who honored AIM with the following words: “AIM is one of the moments of the year when I am really proud of the University. The mayor of the city of Aalen, Mr. Karl-Heinz Ehrmann, was also present and said about AIM: “AIM has become a real self-starter. The response of the exhibitors is very good. This is where the battle for the good brains – the graduates – begins”.

In order to take part in the battle for the good brains, we as BEX were also on site and were able to have very good conversations with the students. Through our presence at AIM, through our cooperation with the university and our open and friendly manner, the students approached us specifically and sought the conversation, which we were very pleased about. All exhibitors can be found in the current exhibition catalog, so that the students can inform themselves in advance. Direct entry, project and thesis work and internships were the focus of the conversations.

We have already received very interesting applications directly afterwards. We are very pleased about this, as we want to constantly improve our solutions and are aiming for strong growth in the future. These good minds will help us to continue offering our customers good software.
